Execution period: 30 months, with a warranty period of 36 months.

Under the contract, the following categories of work will be carried out in the UATs:

Targu Lapus (Targu Lapus, Rogoz, Damacuseni, Razoare)

• Extension of the potable water network L = 26,751 m 
• Rehabilitation of the potable water network L = 949 m. 
• Water management —1 piece. 
• Potable water pumping stations — 4 pieces. 
• New reservoir 200 m³ — 1 piece. 
• Sewer network extension — 14,881 m. 
• Rehabilitation of the sewer network L = 5,324 m. 
• Discharge pipes L = 1,159 m. 
• Wastewater pumping stations — 5 pieces.

Ulmeni (Ulmeni, Chelinta, Vicea, Arduzel, Somes Uileac)

• Extension of the water distribution network L = 10,115 m. 
• Rehabilitation of the water distribution network L = 1,416 m. 
• Connections to the existing distribution network — 122 pieces. 
• Chlorination station – 1 piece. 
• Construction of a 150 m³ reservoir — 1 piece.
• Potable water pumping stations — 2 pieces. 
• Potable water transmission pipeline GA Ulmeni – Arduzel Reservoir L = 2,729 m. 
• Distribution pipeline GA Arduzel L = 789 m.

Cavnic

• Extension of the potable water network L = 6,827 m. 
• Reservoirs — 2 pieces. 
• Potable water pumping stations — 2 pieces.

Miresu Mare (Miresu Mare, Danesti, Lucacesti, Iadara, Tulghies, Remeti pe Somes)

• Extension of the water distribution network L = 41,128 m in Suciu de Sus (Suciu de Jos).
• Extension of the potable water distribution network L = 3,467 m. 
• Water system hydraulic monitoring and control — 1 piece.
• Connections to the existing network — 1,137 pieces.

Ardusat

• Extension of the water supply network L = 2,916 m.

The fulfillment of the supply contract will support the achievement of objectives related to the quality of water intended for human consumption, under European directives (98/83/EC) (DWD) and (2020/2184) (recast) (DWD), as well as the treatment of urban wastewater (91/271/EEC) (UWWTD). Additionally, it will ensure the compliance of utilities with environmental requirements and the fulfillment of Romania's commitments under the Accession Treaty.
