Contract for design and execution of Works Contract MM-CL-04 – Drinking water transport system Baia Mare – Satulung – Somcuta Mare – Miresu Mare – Ulmeni – Remetea Chioarului

S.C. VITAL S.A., as the Beneficiary of the project "Regional Project for the Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Maramures County,", SMIS SMIS Code 2021+ 322218, funded by the European Regional Development Fund through Sustainable Development Program 2021–2027, signed on October 10th, 2024 the execution contract MM-CL-04 for "Design and Execution (including Technical Assistance from the designer according to Law 10/1995) for the Drinking Water Transport System Baia Mare-Satulung-Somcuta Mare-Miresu Mare-Ulmeni-Remetea Chioarului".

💧 Implementation period: : 30 months, with a warranty period of 60 months.

The completion of the works will contribute to improving the quality of water intended for human consumption, according to European directives 98/83/EC and 2020/2184 and to the treatment of urban wastewater (91/271/EEC), ensuring compliance with environmental requirements and the fulfillment of the commitments assumed by Romania under the Accession Treaty.
