Contract for design and execution of Works Contract MM-CL-06 – Water and wastewater networks Baia Mare

The works contract MM-CL-06 "Water and Wastewater Networks Baia Mare" was signed on October 10th, 2024 , and aims to carry out rehabilitation and expansion works for the water and sewer infrastructure in Baia Mare, with the goal of improving drinking water supply services and wastewater collection, in accordance with European standards and environmental requirements.

💧Contract value:159,974,566.80 RON (excluding VAT).

💧Implementation period:: 30 months, with a warranty period of 60 months.

1. Rehabilitation of raw water intake: 1354 m,
2. Rehabilitation of drinking water transport pipes in Baia Mare: 13.926 m
   
   • Various pipe sections in the areas of Bdul Bucuresti, Colonia Topitorilor Street, Culturii Street, Garii Street, Gheorghe Sincai Street, Muncii Street, Victoriei Street, and river crossings of Firiza and Sasar.
3. Rehabilitation of the potable water distribution networks in Baia Mare: 4793 m
   
   • Various streets in Baia Mare, including 8 Martie, Barbu St. Delavrancea, B-dul Unirii, Dealu Crucii, Forestierilor, Garii, Oborului, Privighetorii, Vasile Lucaciu, and Victoriei.
4. Extension of the potable water transmission pipes: 1644 m
5. Rehabilitation of the potable water distribution networks in Baia Mare: 173 m (Grigore Ureche Street)
6. Drinking water pumping station in Baia Mare: 1 pumping station (Privighetorii)
7. Extension of the sewage network in Baia Mare and the Grosi neighborhood: 5537 m
   
   • Various streets, including Bdul Independenței, Copalnic, Codrului, Dealul Crucii, Fructelor, Grigore Ureche, Mesteacanului, Murelor, Nufarului, Paltinului, Vasile Lucaciu.
8. Rehabilitation of the sewage network in Baia Mare: 16.994 m
   
   • Various locations in Baia Mare, including Aleea Amurgului, Aleea Dobrogei, Aleea Jupiter, Barbu Delavrancea, Bdul Bucuresti, Bdul Republicii, Bdul Unirii, Bogdan Voda, Bucovinei, Dumbravii, Garii, George Cosbuc, Horea, Matei Basarab, Pasunii, Petru Rares, Rapsodiei, Rozelor, Vasile Alecsandri, Vasile Lucaciu, and Victoriei.
9. Rehabilitation of the sewage collector in Baia Mare.: 3633 m
10. Wastewater pumping stations in Baia Mare: 2 stations (Vasile Lucaciu SPAU and Independenței – Gerom SPAU).
11. Refluent pipes for SPAU Baia Mare: 1839 m
12. Refluent pipes in the Vasile Lucaciu (490 m) and Independentei (1349 m).
