The organization, operation, and activity of S.C. VITAL S.A. are regulated by the Articles of Incorporation approved by H.C.L. Baia Mare no. 131/1997, with subsequent amendments and completions.

The Articles of Incorporation of S.C. VITAL S.A. have been amended and comply with the requirements and standards of POS Mediu:

  1. The Operational Sectoral Program "Environment" (POS Mediu) 2007-2013 was designed to align Romania with the environmental standards of the European Union, with the main objective of improving environmental infrastructure and its quality. The implementation of POS Mediu required strict compliance with national and European legislation in the field of environmental protection, as well as regulations regarding public procurement and competition.

  2. According to the legislation, all projects financed through POS Mediu had to obtain the necessary environmental permits and authorizations before starting the implementation. This process included the environmental impact assessment and public consultation, ensuring that the projects do not have a negative impact on the environment and are in compliance with relevant European directives.

  3. The Managing Authority for POS Mediu emphasized the importance of compliance with European and national legislation, including adherence to principles of environmental protection, equal opportunities, and competition rules. In this regard, guides and instructions were developed for beneficiaries to facilitate the preparation and implementation of projects under legal requirements.

  4. Additionally, within the POS Mediu, special emphasis was placed on the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure the achievement of environmental objectives and the efficient use of allocated funds. This process involved data collection and analysis of project progress, as well as the adoption of corrective measures where necessary.

In conclusion, the implementation of POS Mediu was closely linked to compliance with a complex legislative framework, designed to ensure environmental protection and the responsible use of available financial resources.
