The project is carried out by S.C. VITAL S.A., as the Beneficiary, și este finanțat prin Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regională în cadrul Programului de Dezvoltare Durabila si Tranzitie Justa (PDDTJ).
Pentru asigurarea transparenței și conformității financiare, a fost semnat Contractul de servicii MM-SER-01 în data de 10 octombrie 2024, având ca obiect auditarea Proiectului Regional de Dezvoltare a Infrastructurii de Apă și Apă Uzată în Județul Maramureș.

The completion of the audit will contribute to achieving the objectives of ensuring water quality, in accordance with European Directives 98/83/EC and 2020/2184, as well as the treatment of urban wastewater, in compliance with 91/271/CEE. Additionally, the project supports the compliance of utilities with environmental requirements and the fulfillment of Romania's commitments under the Accession Treaty to the European Union.
INDICATORI CONTARCT
The objectives of the audit:
- Verifying and auditing the project's activities, records, and accounts, per the legislation and the funder's requirements.
- Control of the legality, accuracy, and eligibility of the expenses incurred by the Beneficiary.
- Certification of the accounting and financial statements of the project under applicable professional standards.
