Authorization No. 12 dated 28.03.2025 authorizes the execution of construction works for the Regional Project for the Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Maramureș County – Contract MM-CL-11 – Water and Wastewater Networks: Târgu Lăpuș, Ulmeni, Cavnic, Mireșu Mare, Suciu de Sus, Ardusat.

The project will be implemented on land located in Maramureș County, including the localities of Târgu Lăpuș, Ulmeni, Cavnic, Mireșu Mare, Suciu de Sus, Ardusat, as detailed in the annex to this authorization.

The project includes works with a total value of 91,220,767.65 Lei.The construction works will be carried out based on the technical documentation, including the 2024 D.T.A.C. (Technical Documentation for Building Permit), prepared by the consortium EPTISA ROMANIA S.R.L. and EPTISA SERVICIOS DE INGINERIA.All related technical documents and permits are an integral part of this authorization.

Construction Authorisation MM-CL-07 – Water and Wastewater Networks: Tautii Magheraus, Recea, Baia Sprie, Sisesti

Building Permit No. 4 from 21.02.2025 authorizes the execution of construction works for the Regional Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Development Project in Maramures County – Works Contract MM-CL-07 – Water and Wastewater Networks: Tautii Magheraus, Recea, Baia Sprie, Sisesti.

The project will be implemented on lands located in Maramures County, including the localities of Tautii Magheraus, Recea, Baia Sprie, and Sisesti, with details mentioned in the annex of the permit. The project includes works worth a total of 106,643,347.49 RON.

The works will be carried out based on the technical documentation, including D.T.A.C. and D.T.O.E. (Technical Documentation for the Authorization of Construction Works) from 2024, created by the consortium EPTISA ROMANIA S.R.L. and EPTISA SERVICIOS DE INGENIERÍA.

All technical documents and related approvals are part of this authorization.

The main contract objective it is the modernization of the water infrastructure Baia Mare – Satulung – Somcuta Mare – Miresu Mare – Ulmeni – Remetea Chioarului. It includes the construction and rehabilitation of water tanks, pumping stations, and chlorination stations in various localities, to ensure a high-quality drinking water supply, under European standards. Authorization No. 1 of 20.01.2025 authorizes the execution of construction works for: the Regional Project for the Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Maramures County – Works Contract MM-CL-06 – Water and Wastewater Networks in Baia Mare, on the property (land and/or building) located in Maramures County, Baia Mare Municipality, Baia Sprie Town, Grosi Commune.

The authorization was issued based on the following documents:

Certificate No. 6010 from 30.12.2024, issued by Baia Mare Municipality, General Legal and Property Directorate – Property Directorate – Property Service;
Certificate No. 111 from 01.01.2025, issued by Grosi Commune;
Technical Documentation (T.D.) for the authorization of the execution of construction works (D.T.A.C., D.T.O.E., D.T.O.12.), related to the project, with the number ML1-CL-06 from 2024;
The technical project developed by The consortium Eptisa Romania S.R.L. and Eptisa Servicios de Ingeniería S.R.L., headquartered in Bucharest, District 3, Sos. Dudesti-Pantelimon no. 42, RAMS Center.

The value of the authorized works is 16.525.753,00 RON.

The documentation has been prepared under the applicable legislation by authorized specialists in the field.

This project aims to carry out the extension and rehabilitation works of the drinking water and wastewater distribution networks, as well as the construction and rehabilitation of pumping stations, chlorination stations, and water reservoirs, to ensure high-quality drinking water supply under European regulations and the treatment of wastewater.

Obiectivul contractului MM-SER-01 „Auditul Proiectului regional de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de apă şi apă uzată în judeţul Maramureș” este realizarea unui audit complet al activităților, inregistrărilor și conturilor asociate proiectului, conform legislației și cerințelor impuse de finanțator. Serviciile incluse vor viza verificarea cheltuielilor efectuate de Beneficiar pentru a asigura legalitatea și eligibilitatea acestora, precum și asigurarea unei verificări financiare contabile riguroase. În plus, se va certifica contabilitatea și situațiile financiare ale proiectului conform standardelor profesionale, asigurând transparența și corectitudinea în gestionarea fondurilor europene.

The project is carried out by S.C. VITAL S.A., as the Beneficiary, and is funded through the European Regional Development Fund under the Sustainable Development Program 2021-2027 (SMIS code 2021+ 322218).

To ensure transparency and financial compliance , the MM-SER-01 service contract was signed on October 10th, 2024, with the objective of auditing the Regional Project for the Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Maramures County.
