The publicity of the project will contribute to achieving the objectives regarding drinking water quality, in accordance with European Directives 98/83/EC and 2020/2184, as well as the treatment of urban wastewater, in compliance with 91/271/CEE. At the same time, the project supports the utilities' compliance with environmental requirements and the fulfillment of commitments made by Romania through the Accession Treaty to the European Union.

All these activities contribute to transparent and efficient public information, ensuring the visibility and promotion of the project in Maramures County.

Objective: The works include the expansion of existing stations and the construction of new ones, with the aim of:

The project contributes to compliance with European Directives on water quality:

Finalizarea contractului va contribui la îndeplinirea obiectivelor privind calitatea apei potabile conform directivelor europene 98/83/CE (DAP) și 2020/2184 (reformare DAP), precum și la tratarea apelor urbane reziduale în conformitate cu Directiva 91/271/CEE (DEAU). De asemenea, proiectul sprijină conformarea infrastructurii de utilități la cerințele de mediu și la angajamentele asumate de România prin Tratatul de Aderare la Uniunea Europeană.
Obiectivul contractului

Prin acest proiect, VITAL S.A. își propune creșterea fiabilității și eficienței infrastructurii de apă din județul Maramureș, asigurând un management optimizat al resurselor și o intervenție rapidă în cazul defecțiunilor. Sistemele GIS și SCADA vor permite monitorizarea în timp real a rețelei, automatizarea proceselor și o mai bună gestionare a datelor operaționale.

Serviciile incluse în contract Implementarea sistemului va cuprinde următoarele activități principale:
  • Integrarea obiectivelor existente în sistemul SCADA – pentru un control centralizat al infrastructurii de apă și canalizare;
  • Implementarea sistemelor Videowall – pentru o monitorizare detaliată și în timp real a rețelei;
  • Optimizarea transferului de date între platforma GIS și sistemul SCADA – îmbunătățind procesul de luare a deciziilor și eficiența operațională;
  • Instruirea personalului VITAL S.A. – pentru utilizarea optimă a noilor tehnologii implementate.

The Design and Execution Contract (including Technical Assistance from the Designer according to Law 10/1995) for for the Extension, Rehabilitation and Establishment of STAP, Water Sources, SRTAP Sighet - Remetea and SRTAP Sighet - Rona de Jos within the Regional Project for the Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Maramures County aims to improve and expand the water supply and wastewater treatment infrastructure, by expanding and rehabilitating drinking water treatment plants and water sources in the mentioned areas.

The services included in this contract the design of technical solutions, , the execution of the works necessary for the expansion and rehabilitation of drinking water treatment plants and water sources, as well as technical assistance during the implementation. These works will contribute to increasing the capacity to supply quality drinking water and ensuring efficient management of water resources, improving the infrastructure in the Sighet - Remetea and Sighet - Rona de Jos areas.

Serviciile includ supervising the execution of work, verificarea documentației tehnice, , monitoring progress and raportarea periodică. Prin acest contract, se urmărește finalizarea eficientă a proiectului, îmbunătățirea infrastructurii de apă și apă uzată și respectarea reglementărilor europene în domeniu.

Legii 10/1995) – Sistem transport apa potabilă Baia Mare – Tăuții-Măgherăuș – Cicârlău – Seini.

Implementarea contractului MM-CL-05: Proiectare și execuție (inclusiv AT din partea proiectantului, conform Legii 10/1995) – „Sistem transport apă potabilă Baia Mare – Tăuții-Măgherăuș – Cicârlău – Seini” – va permite monitorizarea, controlul și securizarea în timp real a sistemului de apă și apă uzată. Prin digitalizarea proceselor și creșterea eficienței operaționale, proiectul contribuie semnificativ la atingerea standardelor europene în domeniul serviciilor de utilități publice.

Lucrările prevăzute în cadrul contractului:

În cadrul acestui contract, vor fi realizate investiții majore în extinderea și modernizarea rețelelor de apă și canalizare în localitățile Tăuții-Măgherăuș, Cicârlău și Seini, contribuind la creșterea calității vieții locuitorilor din zonă și la protecția mediului. Lucrările includ construcția, reabilitarea și extinderea rețelelor de distribuție a apei potabile.

  • Baia Mare – Seini: Conductă transport apă – Sistem regional de transport apă potabilă – Baia Mare – 40.643 m;

  • Săsar: Rezervor înmagazinare apă potabilă 300 mc – 1 buc;

The works contract MM-CL-06 "Water and Wastewater Networks Baia Mare" was signed on October 10th, 2024 , and aims to carry out rehabilitation and expansion works for the water and sewer infrastructure in Baia Mare, with the goal of improving drinking water supply services and wastewater collection, in accordance with European standards and environmental requirements.
