S.C. VITAL S.A. in calitate de Beneficiar al proiectului “Proiectul regional de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de apă śi apă uzată în judeţul Maramures, cod SMIS 2021+ 322218, finanţat din Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regională prin Programul Dezvoltare Durabilă 2021 — 2027, a semnat în data de October 10th, 2024 contractul de servicii: Contractul de servicii MM-SER-02 “Servicii pentru Publicitatea Projectuiui regional de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de apă şi apă uzată in Judeţul Maramureş”

PRESTATOR: BRIGHT COMMUNICATION S.R.L.
Valoarea contractului de servicii: 1.577.250 Lei, Ia care se adaugă TVA in valoare de 299.677,5 lei
Perioada de execuţie a serviciilor: : 42 months

Obiectivele contractului constau în:

• Informarea publicului larg cu privire Ia implementarea Proiectului
• Conştientizarea de către comuniţile locale cu privire la beneficiile generate de finanţarea Proiectului
• Creşterea gradului de transparență în ceea ce priveşte utilizarea fondurilor nerambursabile
• Crearea unei atitudini pozitive vis-a-vis de necesitatea realizării unor astfel de investiţii de către Operatorul Regional

Finalizarea contractului de servicfl va contribui Ia indeplinirea obiectivelor privind calitatea apei destinate consumului uman conform directivelor europene (98/83/CE) (DAP) şi (2020/2184) (reformare) (DAP), precum şi tratarea apelor urbane reziduale (91/271/CEE) (DEAU), concomitent cu coformarea utilităţilor Ia cerinţele de mediu şi îndeplinirea angajamentelor asumate de România prin Tratatul de aderare.

S.C. VITAL S.A. as the Beneficiary of the project 'Regional Project for the Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Maramures County,' SMIS Code 2021+ 322218, funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Sustainable Development Program 2021-2027, signed on October 10th, 2024 the supply Contract Supply Contract MM-F-01 for the supply of goods and equipment.

Provider: S.C. GRADINARIU IMPORT EXPORT S.R.L (Leader) — S.C. GRADINARIU TRUCKS SOLUTIONS S.R.L.
Contract value: 20,909,800 lei, to which VAT of 3,972,862 lei is added.
Contract duration: 40 months (15 calendar months from the date of issuance of the start order for the delivery of products, 1 calendar month for testing, commissioning, and staff training, and 24 calendar months for the product warranty).

The subject of this Contract is the supply of operational equipment, namely:

1. Self-loading mixer (Channel self-cleaner + vacuum truck), capacity 10 m³ - 5 units;
2. Backhoe loader 4×4, telescopic arm, multifunctional bucket, maximum total weight 10,000 kg – 4 units; 
3. Front loader with a telescopic arm – 3 units; 
4. Mini excavator on tracks, transport platform, mini excavator weight 2,500-3,000 kg – 5 units; 
5. Dump truck three-way tipper truck, maximum authorized total weight 3.5 t, license plate number 6 – 4 units; 
6. Passenger transport van, engine capacity 1600-2000 cm³ – 8 units;
7. Dump truck with crane arm, maximum total weight 3.5 t – 1 unit; 
8. Dump truck three-way, maximum authorized total weight 7.5 t – 1 unit; 
9. Utility vehicle with CCTV – 3 units;
10. Specialized vehicle for cleaning and washing cu presiune înaltă a conductelor de canalizare, capacitate 1000-1200 l—3 buc;
11. Utility vehicle equipped for interventions – 1 unit.

The fulfillment of the supply contract will support the achievement of objectives related to the quality of water intended for human consumption, under European directives (98/83/EC) (DWD) and (2020/2184) (recast) (DWD), as well as the treatment of urban wastewater (91/271/EEC) (UWWTD). Additionally, it will ensure the compliance of utilities with environmental requirements and the fulfillment of Romania's commitments under the Accession Treaty.
