S.C. VITAL S.A., în calitate de Beneficiar al proiectului „Proiectul regional de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de apă și apă uzată în județul Maramureș”, cod SMIS 2021+ 322218, finanțat din Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regională prin Programul Dezvoltare Durabilă 2021-2027, a semnat în data de 31.03.2025 contractul de execuție lucrări MM-CL-08 „Rețele de apă și apă uzată Coltau, Săcălășeni, Copalnic Mănăștur, Cicârlău, Seini, Satulung “

Contractor: Asocierea S.C. DIMEX-2000 COMPANY S.R.L. – S.C. TOMI ALEX S.R.L., lider de asociere S.C. DIMEX-2000 COMPANY S.R.L.

Contract value: 96.962.593,33 RON, W/O VAT

Execution period : 30 months, with a warranty period of 60 months.

The completion of these works will contribute to achieving the objectives regarding drinking water quality in accordance with European Directives 98/83/EC (Drinking Water Directive) and 2020/2184 (recast DWD), as well as the treatment of urban wastewater in line with Directive 91/271/EEC (Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive). Moreover, the project supports the compliance of utility infrastructure with environmental requirements and the commitments undertaken by Romania through the EU Accession Treaty.
The works outlined in the contract:
    Coltau(Coltau, Catalina):
  • Drinking water distribution networks: L = 2,392 m
  • Rehabilitation and extension of domestic wastewater sewer networks: L = 14,446 m;
  • Wastewater discharge pipes (new and rehabilitated): L = 1,087 m;
  • New and rehabilitated domestic wastewater pumping stations: 5 units.

    • Săcălășeni
  • Extension of the drinking water network: L = 887 m;
  • Monitoring and control of the drinking water hydraulic system: 1 unit;
  • Extension and rehabilitation of the wastewater collection network: L = 4,304 m;
  • Rehabilitation of wastewater pumping stations: 3 units;
  • Rehabilitation of discharge pipes: L = 145 m
    Cicârlău ( Cicârlău, Ilba, Bîrgău):
  • Extension of the water supply network: L = 26,340 m;
  • Drinking water pumping station: 1 unit;
  • Domestic wastewater sewer network: L = 12,591 m;
  • Discharge pipes: L = 5,659 m;
  • Wastewater pumping stations: 7 units.
    Seini:
  • Extension of the water distribution and transmission network: L = 8,211 m;
  • Drinking water pumping station: 1 unit;
  • Monitoring and control of the hydraulic system: 1 unit;
  • Extindere și reabilitare rețea de colecatre apă uzată: L= 14.777 m;
  • Wastewater pumping stations: 3 units.
  • Wastewater discharge pipes: L = 872 m
    Satulung (Satulung, Finteușu Mic, Fersig):
  • Extension of the water distribution and transmission network: L = 10,828 m;
  • Drinking water pumping station: 1 unit;
  • 150 m³ water reservoir in Fersig: 1 unit.
