S.C. VITAL S.A., în calitate de Beneficiar al „Proiectului regional de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de apă și apă uzată în județul Maramureș” (cod SMIS 2021+ 322218), finanțat prin Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regională – Programul de Dezvoltare Durabila si Tranzitie Justa (PDDTJ), a semnat în data de 16 aprilie 2025 contractul de execuție lucrări MM‑CL‑02, intitulat: „Proiectare și execuție (inclusiv asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului conform Legii 10/1995) – Extindere stații de epurare existente și construcție stații de epurare noi”

Contract details:Contractor: S.C. EUSKADI S.R.L.

Contract value 77.882.426,60 RON (w/o VAT)
Execution period: 33 calendar months:
  • 6 months – design

  • 24 months – execution

  • 3 months – testing and commissioning
Warranty period: 60 months
Objective: The works include the expansion of existing stations and the construction of new ones, with the aim of:
  • Collection and treatment of wastewater
  • Protection of water resources
  • Improvement of the quality of life in the targeted communities

The project contributes to compliance with European Directives on water quality:
  • Directive 98/83/EC and Directive 2020/2184 on drinking water
  • Directive 91/271/CEE on the treatment of urban wastewater

Additionally, it supports the alignment of infrastructure with environmental standards and the commitments assumed by Romania through the EU Accession Treaty.
